Pantops Park will consist of two development phases incorporating two non-residential buildings. Phase I is the home of Virginia National Bank as well as Class A office space. This 50,000 square foot building was completed in March 2008. The additional phase will provide the opportunity to serve a range of office, retail support, and professional businesses within Class A, multi-story buildings. A land lease option is available for this space and is approved for a 50,000 square foot building. Pantops Park design is based on the new Neighborhood Model District with walking paths through a park like plaza and interconnected parking.

Pantops Park is located near one of the most prominent business intersections in Albemarle County, within close proximity to the new Martha Jefferson Hospital, Hilton Garden Inn, Pantops Shopping Center, I-64 and Downtown Charlottesville, creating direct accessibility to and from the inter-city as well as Albemarle County.
