Pantops Park
Pantops Park will consist of two development phases incorporating two non-residential buildings. Phase I was completed in March, 2008 and is the home of Virginia National Bank. Pantops Park Phase II will serve a range of office, retail support, and professional businesses within a Class A, multi-story building. Incredible views of Monticello and the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains compliment each office space. Phase II has the option of build to suit. A land lease is also available for this phase and approved for a 50,000 square foot building. Pantops Park design is based on the new Neighborhood Model District with walking paths through a park like plaza and interconnected parking.
